REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact Magapparelstore@gmail.com. Returns need to be approved before items are sent back.

Damages and issues

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not quite right, email within 14 days of delivery with a photo. MAG Apparel will arrange a replacement or refund. Made-to-order items are not returnable for wrong size or buyer’s remorse. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds

You will be notified once a return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
